Legacy Search & File was founded in 2026 by Ashley Greene and Kristi McDonough, who have each spent more than 20 years in search, filing, and corporate services, to give transactional teams a provider that is fast, careful, and easy to reach.

Ashley has spent her career in UCC, lien, and corporate services, handling searches and filings for law firms, lenders, and corporate legal teams. She founded Legacy to give transactional teams a provider that answers the phone, asks the right question early, and treats every deadline as fixed.

Domine leads Legacy's business and technology operations, including the secure systems that protect client information and keep requests moving. His focus is making sure Legacy grows without losing the responsiveness clients rely on.
