Arizona filings
In Arizona, entity filings go to the Arizona Corporation Commission, while UCC filings go to the Arizona Secretary of State. We handle both, and we work with filing offices in every other state.

Do you send certified copies of the filing?
Yes, when you request them. Order them with the filing; getting them later is usually a separate request with its own fee and timing.
