How results are organized
Results come back grouped by party, then by jurisdiction, then by search type, with a summary of every hit at the top. Clean searches are reported as clean, with the thru date and source, so the file shows what was checked and not only what was found.
When a jurisdiction won’t cooperate
Record access is not uniform. Some offices index slowly, some limit date ranges, and some require an in-person search. When that affects your order, we tell you before the work is done, along with the alternatives the office offers and any added time or cost.
We gather and report public records within the scope you set. We do not make legal conclusions about the priority, validity, or significance of any lien, judgment, or case.

What is included in a standard due diligence search?
There is no universal standard. Most transactional packages include UCC, federal and state tax lien, and judgment lien searches in the debtor’s state of organization and principal place of business, with litigation searches added when the attorney requires them. Your legal team sets the scope; our diligence checklist helps you capture it in one request.
Can I add searches after the order starts?
